Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date it was delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that items returned due to a change of mind must be in perfect resalable condition.
Damaged or Faulty Items

Non-returnable items:
We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods unless they are faulty or were damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@beautynbeyondshop.com.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
